How to Use

• Run a hot bath and make your bathroom as relaxing a possible.
• Light your Sacred Love Incense. Place the charcoal disk into the incense burner and sprinkle the incense on top. Get a match or lighter and light the charcoal. As you light it, remember to do this with intention and repeat this mantra 7 times: I love myself, I am loved, bring me unconditional love
• Add the Jasmine Bath Oil to the bath. As you pour it in think of it as pouring love in. Next, add the 7 rose buds one by one into the bath. After each one repeat the mantra: I am loved, I love myself, bring me unconditional love. We choose 7 buds as a representation of the cosmos being created in 7 days. Every bud you put in will create your perfect love. Open your heart, bathe yourself and let the love flow. This card is made of seeded paper.
• Relax into the bath with the intention that after it, love will be coming your way. Once you’ve soaked in the love bath for 15/20 minutes, get dry and grab the Rose and Jasmine Body Oil. Apply all over the body with upward movements towards your heart. This signifies that you are bringing love towards you, not away from you.
• After your bath make a tea with a rose bud and add 15 drops of Love Potion to it. With each sip imagine your body and every cell filled with a pale pinky gold light filled with unconditional love. As you do this, take your red candle and hold it between your hands for 30 seconds with the intention of bringing love. Proceed to light the candle on a fire proof dish and let it burn the whole way and say a thank you 3 times.
