The toner is powered by antimicrobial Piroctone Olamine and cooling Camphor to instantly refresh and comfort the scalp, while restoring the microflora balance to help prevent and treat the causes of irritation. How to use: 

Begin with Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to scalp from the nozzle in 1'' (3cm) sections. Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Reapply as often as required.
