After using this shampoo I no longer need to use dyes and peroxide on my hair using osmo alternate washes keeps my hair in tip top condition and colour

I ordered this product 17th June and I still have not received it. I made a complaint to treat your skin and they advised that it had been reshipped on 2nd July, I am still waiting to receive this product. Extremely unprofessional service.
