In Germany, it's the law that you have your name on the door or mailbox. If the name is not on there the driver is not allowed to deliver the parcel and it will be returned to sender and refunded minus shipping cost.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. Unfortunately, if any orders get stuck in customs, we are unable to provide a delivery date.
VAT is not charged on overseas deliveries to countries outside of the EU. The UK 20.00% VAT is automatically deducted from the price.

Royal Mail state items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date (25 working days for outside the UK). If after 15 working days (25 working days for outside the UK) your order has not arrived, please let us know promptly so Royal Mail can investigate the lost parcel.
Missing tracked parcels must be reported within 7 days from shipment or the courier will decline a claim. Parcels sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery must be reported within 5 days from shipment. When submitting a missing a parcel, you may be required to sign a disclaimer form. Please note, this document must be physically signed, not digitally.
Any discrepancies with your order must be made within 48 hours of the parcel arriving.
If you give directions to the courier directly to a safe place or change of address, we are then unable to make a claim should there be a miss delivery or a fault.
How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can submit a return request by emailing support@treatyourskin.com.

Shipping errors
Should we make an error with your order by sending you an incorrect product, you of course may return the item. We will rectify the error in a timely manner and reimburse you for any shipping expense. Please contact us to discuss the details prior to returning any item.
Damaged Items
If a product you ordered arrives damaged, please email photos of the product and packaging as soon as possible to support@treatyourskin.com.
Changed your mind?
Any unused, unopened product may be returned for a refund or an exchange minus shipping costs.
Return claims must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date and you must submit a return request for a return authorisation.
When returning an item, please do so with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please also ensure you get proof of delivery, either by receipt or a tracking reference.
Exchanges
We will be happy to authorise a return for an exchange on any unopened product. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the cost to ship an exchange.
Back Orders
If a product you have ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping, we will automatically back order it and deliver it at no additional shipping cost when it becomes available.
Cancelled Orders
Any order cancelled by the customer prior to processing will be deleted from our system without any charge. Should an order be cancelled by the customer after it has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel at their expense or refusing delivery. Orders are refunded within 10 days.
Returned free shipping orders
If an item was ordered under "Free Shipping" and is later returned for a refund due to not being picked up from a post office or incorrect shipping details due to customer error, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your debit/credit card. All returns made within the 14 day cooling off period receive a full refund.
All returned items must be sent at the customer’s expense. If we have authorised a return, please ship the item back to us within 30 days of having received the authorisation. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or email confirmation if possible. Give us a short description of the situation on the invoice and be sure that a daytime phone number is included so we can contact you if necessary. Please pack the item in a manner which will ensure it arriving undamaged.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all Dermalogica products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any used/unused Dermalogica products with packaging in its original state and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service and submitted via the returns section under your account.
