I have long fine and fluffy hair which is not coloured and is always air dried. The shampoo left my hair looking as if in bad condition also my hair was left very oily and very flat (I only wash my hair every 6 days), so it is not with over washing. Also I rinse my hair for 2 mins before washing and I always add water with the shampoo. The conditioner which incidently is more like a hair masque and very heavy reinforced the bad outcome, so if used again would result in damage to my hair. Overall a very bad purchase for me but maybe brilliant for another person. I would never buy again and really would like to return the used product as I have only used it twice and I woud never use again!!
