1.100% natural and nothing else

Every product in Dr. Hauschka’s range is 100% natural and where possible certified organic. This means all of their products are free from silicones and PEG, as well as synthetic preservatives, dyes and fragrances. Since it was founded the brand has been 100% cruelty-free and their products have never been tested on animals. Although their focus is on 100% natural ingredients, over 70% of their product range is also vegan.

2.They are certified by NATRUE

NATRUE is the highest standard of certification that can be accredited to cosmetics brands in Europe. It is NATRUEs mission to protect and promote natural and organic cosmetics to the benefit of consumers worldwide. As one of it’s founding members, Dr. Hauschka has helped to define the high standards set by NATRUE. At least 75% of all the individual products within a brand’s range must be compliant with NATRUE’s Standard in order to use their seal. The 75% rule creates a high benchmark for producers and helps to keep greenwashing out of the cosmetics industry. All of Dr. Hauschka 160 products are accredited by NATRUE.
